We have open sourced a new tool for determining the Jiles-Atherton model parameters based on a reference B(H) curve data. The tool has been validated against data published in literature and simulations done in COMSOL Multiphysics and Altair Flux.
The tool attempts to be an improvement over the well-known JAmodel toolbox (by R. Szewczyk) and a proprietary material identification utility that comes with Altair Flux in terms of robustness and its validated support for harder magnetic materials.
